We try to make the process of canceling an order as easy and convenient as possible for our valued customers. Here is our order cancellation policy:1. Cancellation before order confirmation:
If you decide to cancel your order before it is confirmed by the seller, you are eligible to do so without any additional fees. Please note that if the order is approved by the seller, you will not be able to cancel the order and it will be processed according to the seller’s terms.2. Cancellation after order confirmation:
If you decide to cancel the order after it has been confirmed by the seller, we will apply a cancellation fee that depends on the time at which the order was cancelled and the status of the order’s preparation. Please note that there may be a delay in canceling the order if the preparation process has already started, and additional fees may apply.3. Cancellation fees:
The cancellation fees are determined based on the following rules:
- If the order is cancelled before the preparation process starts, no additional fees will be applied.
- If the order is cancelled after the preparation process has started, a cancellation fee will be applied based on a percentage of the value of the cancelled order. 
- You must have sufficient balance in your account on the lqalq platform to pay
